Roast Whole Piglet (Head Off)

Lets start off with...
Our special seasoning rubbed over the piglet, then wrapped and refrigerated for 24 hours prior to let the seasonings work into the meat for that Ultimate Taste Sensation. (Our piglets have been Serrated (Diamond) so the excess fats and oils drain away while roasting)

Next we have...
Our special baked beans, seasoned slow cooked, with onions, green peppers, pineapple, molasses and brown sugar.
